MATT WELLS, VICE-PRESIDENT

Matt grew up in Corner Brook Newfoundland, and graduated from Regina High School in 2001. He began his political science degree at Sir Wilfred Grenfell College in Corner Brook, and is currently finishing up at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  

Matt first joined the Newfoundland and Labrador Young Liberals Commission in the fall of 2000. His first position was Treasurer of the Humber West Young Liberals, then Federal Riding Representative for Humber-St. Barbe-Baie Verte on the NLYL Executive.

In addition to currently serving as NLYL Vice President, Matt is also President of the Saint Mary’s University Young Liberals Society.
