Liberal Party Commissions The Liberal Party of Newfoundland and Labrador believes in equal representation from all areas of society. To ensure that equality, there exists Liberal Commissions. Commissions allow various groups of people, be they youth, seniors, women or aboriginal to have a strong voice in the Liberal Party and to participate fully in the democratic process of the party.
